On November 21, 2025, we celebrated 25 years of strengthening neighborhoods across Allegheny County. For a quarter century, Neighborhood Community Development Fund (NCDF) has provided financing and technical assistance to help revitalize underserved communities, and none of it would be possible without the continued support of our investors, community partners, and borrowers. Thank you for sharing our vision of building stronger neighborhoods together.

Luncheon Highlights

NCDF’s program began with opening remarks from Executive Director Mark Masterson, who shared an overview of NCDF’s mission and impact, followed by remarks from board leadership and elected officials. Board Chair Walter Nalducci, Esq., proudly recognized Alan D. Perry, a lifelong Northsider and dedicated board member, for nearly 18 years of service. Since joining the board in 2008, Alan’s empathy, optimism, and grassroots leadership have helped ensure NCDF’s work remains rooted in people and community impact. For our keynote speaker, we were honored to hear from Corey O’Connor, now Mayor of Pittsburgh, who shared an inspiring vision for the city centered on neighborhood pride, economic development, and support for small businesses. Additional reflections from board members and elected officials—including Councilman Bobby Wilson—along with impact highlights shared by Andrew Cheeseboro, underscored the collective effort behind our work.
