We also work with developers and nonprofits to create affordable rental housing and to redevelop mixed-use buildings in neighborhood commercial districts.

Observatory Hill / Perrysville Avenue Business District properties in conjunction with Observatory Hill, Inc.
Historic Deutschtown / East Ohio Street Business District Projects in conjunction with East Allegheny Community Council.
We also provide subordinate financing to help private developers close the gap on important and strategic commercial real estate development projects

The Woodland Avenue Revitalization Strategy consists of an acquisition, rehab, and resale strategy of vacant homes in the Marshall Shadeland neighborhood on the Northside.
